HOW DO WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS?
We accept payments through PayPal and Google Checkout. Both accept credit cards as forms of payment. In lieu of credit cards, we accept personal checks or money orders, but the payments must be received within seven (7) days of order and CLEAR THE BANK before the item ships from our warehouse. This could add an additional 14 days to ship the order. If your check or money order is returned there will be a $20 Service fee. Sales tax: If you live in California there will be a charge of 9.75% for sales tax.

HOW DO WE SHIP?
Shipping is a necessary evil of shopping on the internet. We can't control the price of postage or supplies, but be assured we ship at the lowest possible rate. Dorie's Deals ships with the United States Postal Service. We have found the USPS to be very cost effective, reliable and speedy. Most item ship by standard First Class Mail. First class mail is less expensive, and expect delivery in 2-7 days depending on your location. Some listings will only offer Priority Mail Service as that is the most cost effective service. This is because on some items due to their size and/or weight, it costs the same to ship it Priority versus First Class. See listing for pricing method. Shipping charges include a small handling fee in the calculation. If you pay using PayPal please be sure you have the correct address listed with PayPal at time of payment as this is the address the item will be shipped to. Dorie's Deals usually ships the item within two business days of payment and in most cases within 24 hours. Once the package or envelope leaves our facility we have no control over the length of time for delivery. Shipping insurance is available if you wish to insure your order. Most items ship easily in small envelopes or packages and the opportunity for them to become damaged is small but it can happen. This being said, we try to pack items in order to avoid damage. If for some reason your item is damaged in the mail, and you purchased insurance, you must take the item to the post office to file a claim. We cannot do it for you since we do not have the item. At this time Dorie's Deals only ships to USA addresses. In time we will expand our shipping service. All USA Shipments have Delivery Confirmation included. This way, both of us know when your order is received. If the Delivery Confirmation states that the order was delivered, and for some reason you do not have it, please check with your post office or mail carrier. We are not responsible to replace or refund any order where delivery confirmation shows delivery.

DO WE ACCEPT RETURNS?
We do not accept returns unless there is a defect with the merchandise. You must notify us within 3 days of receipt and request an authorization number. Items will be exchanged for a like item or merchandise credit at our discretion. Items must be returned with all original packaging. Returns must be shipped by First Class mail or Priority Mail. NO CASH REFUNDS. All shipping cost, fees and taxes are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If your item was damaged in shipment and you did not have insurance, the item is not returnable. If you did have insurance, please file a claim with the U. S. Postal Service.

HOW DO WE FILL OUR ORDERS?
As hard as we try to keep every item listed in stock, some items occasionally sell out before replacements arrive. If we should be out of an item when you order, you will be notified within 24 hours with an option of a full refund or wait for the item to arrive and we are able to ship your item.

DO YOU NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE?
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us to find out how to resolve the problem. As stated above, once you receive your package, we cannot issue a refund, but, we would like to discuss any problems you may have with our products or service. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied.
